hi forum members;
last day I recieved my eligibility assessment which,unfortunately, is NER.The reason as they have cited is the lack of transcripts of university degrees for me and my wife on the file.
Can somebody advise me whether I should include the photocopies of transcripts or the original transcripts,IF I get a chance to apply for permanent residency in  NOC 3112 again in July this year?
One more question what probable changes are expected to the pionts system next year?

Sorry to hear about your NER.
Of course, you must include originals of all of your documents except your passport. It was kind of surprising to me that i had to mail all the birth certificates, university diplomas, ielts results and the rest in originals. I've double checked that requirement.

Does anyone know at which point will I receive the originals back? After VO evaluates them or even at some further stage? At the moment i feel myself bureacraticaly naked with every peace of paper and evidence of my up-to-now life sent abroad.

oh s.a.k not only its being original but also it should be a sealed one /sealed by the  university/,it says like that.official transcript .
