hi friends, today i checked my encashment from the bank but my draft is not encashed till now,im so much worried  what will happen to file plzz friends suggest me how much time should i wait,do u know someone in noc 2121 who recently got PER plz friends update me. i will wait for ur replies. Dear Koel I have been following you and your queries since last few weeks as your and mine NOC and application submission is around same time. I have submitted under NOC 2121 and my application was recieved on 16 Nov. I am sorry to convey you this unfortunate news that my application is been returned today due to CAP reached. Hello I received an email today from Sydney informing me that my application was sent to a VO for further processing. I don't know which VO though as I asked for Paris but they also can send it to Buffalo. So I guess I will know shortly.
I sent my application with arranged employment on Nov 15th. Fees have been cashed on January 19th.

Hey Buddy Now your file will be transferred to Canadian High Commission in New delhi and you will receive AOR from them in around 20-45 days... and then MR and PPR... u can check it on www.cic.gc.ca on right hand side check application status... type in your UCI / Application Number u got in PER email and other details of yours |

Please do share with us the letter you received with your application sent to you by Centralised intake office sydney nova scotia. We all would like to know what actually that letter contains in it. please do post the letter or mail , i would like to see it.
