Hi geogenre,
can u plz confirm what address u used for delivery of application because I was just going thru the cic website and was shocked to find that they have changed the address for courier delivery because one of my friend has sent her application on 28th and they have changed the address w.e.f 28 !!!

This is the new address. This can be found in the new EG7000 guide. It is really necessary to check the CIC site from time to time. I'm not sure if they changed it last Oct. 24, 2011 as indicated at the bottom part of CIC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp Not only the address was changed but also forms IMM 5612E (Document List) and IMM0008_3E (Schedule 3) also have changes. Citizenship & Immigration Canada Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Office NOC # 7216 47-49 Dorchester Street Sydney, NS B1P 5Z2 Canada the old address was George Street B1P 1J3 |

actually she checked the new checklist and forms but overlooked the address or perhaps checked the old EG7. She sent her papers by speedpost. Don't know what will happen now.

On the optimistic note, I guess CIC will have a mechanism or special instruction to forward packages to the new address once received in the old one. If in the courier tracking online indicated that it was delivered and signed for by the CIC employee (usually name are: D, Stevenson, Mike, D. Stephenson, D. Stonehouse, Doug, Krszwda, etc.), then they have successfully received it. Tell her to monitor the tracking online. |

Hi Bilderberg, that used to be the case when applicants had to write NOC on the envelope... so that's one less worry for you |

The included NOC is for the old one (July 2010-June2011). But I decided to include it anyway in the new forms/application, nothing to lose naman.  |
