My name is Ahmed , i am an architect ,i got my phd ,i submit my application on july 2011 but for Quebec , i recieved my file number .
i applied for me and my wife and a child 3 years old...  today my wife is pregnent in her first month and inshallah she ll get her baby on july 2012 ,may be i ll be in interview or after .... so what i have to do ??

Hi Ahmed,

My case is similar to yours, I have sent my application to Quebec government 2 days ago, and Architect2151 is right about informing them if your wife delivers the baby before the interview otherwise, if she delivers the baby before the interview then you need to inform Quebec government and not the CIC because at this stage the CIC office does't know anything about your application..

Today 3675  only.

How come?
    

According to RKC the total no. Is 4100 +

There is mistake on total no on CIC web.

Last CC or BD cashed is aug 31, 2011 according to
Melkhatib.
Anyone's cashed after the date ?

I do not know what category covers your skill/ occupation.
It's better to go through the CIC web and do some research.

Why you filed 2 times,
One in 2010 and other in 2011?

My first app was filed on 13 th Jan 2010 which falls under M1 (Pre-june 2010) and unfortunately it will take a long time than originally projected. This started with processing time showing from 8 months to 17 months at present. But it will be increasing and increasing. Thats why I filed another app as my representative told me. Both the NOCs suites me. The latest app will be processed faster as far as I know......

Today I got my police clearance certificate in mail from one of
The country I lived . I have already sent the application and received by
CIC on nov 4 2011. Should I mail it to them or I better wait until they
Ask for it?
If I have to mail now how can I reference my application which is already with
Them.
My prime concern is;
If I mail it now how can I make it easy to get it together with my old application?
