November applicants especially those on the first week submission, you can expect your payment encashment and possibly PER.  Always check you email meticulously and better check also your junk mail. Goodluck!  I just hope we get feedback this month, I've noticed others received their PER after 3 months of application so I assumed already hearing from them after 3mos too. We know someone who applied on 2nd week week of October and she haven't heard anything from the CIO yet before holidays......Seems like process is slow. I am very much hoping though we get to hear from them this month.  |

Based on the spreadsheet of members here, it take about 90 days (average) to receive a PER or NER. Payment encashment is about 2 weeks before PER receipt. But you can start waiting for it now, maybe it is much faster now. Watch your regular email and junk email. |

Normally CIO takes 75-80 days to cash your payments, and then another 10-15 days for issuing PER/NER ! After PER, it will take around 6 weeks to get AOR from Visa office normally. Thanks pls, does any one know how long it takes before processing fee is taken by CIC? Application was received on 4th Nov but credit card has not been charged yet?
