 some pepole in 2121 forum wrote that they got their file returned back due to cap reached and they applied in second week of november that time cic website showed cap 360,and i applied in last week of november that time cap was 370 how this is possible that cap reached in october itself according to these pepoles,but cic showed cap reached on 3 rd jan.im very much confused who is correct these pepoles or cic/ Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked.

Some observed that the information in the CIC website regarding the NOC quota is not what it seems to be. It is believed to be 2-3 months late. For example if the site shows that the 2121 was cap reached on Jan 3., it may actually means the quota was reached in November or as early as October, especially those NOC which has so many applicants.

Hi everybody! I'm a newbie on this forum and i'd like to join your timeline. I've  sent my application to Sydney , reached on Nov. 14, and money were cashed  on Jan. 16 . My VO is Bucharest and I've applied on 0811 NOC, under the fsw program. Although my fellow country applicants have received their PER on last week of January, my application has no sign of PER or NER . Does someone else has applied under 0811 NOC in November and has received any sign from CIC?

Thankyou everyone for the congrats....my noc is 4152 though I applied under FSW 2.  Can anybody tell me about next step, I know with per they have checked your eligibility, so what does your visa office do?? Anyone know how long in general the wait for medical is from london.  I have a friend on the MI2 system who has been waiting 18 months for his medical request
