I have applied under the NOC 3131. My application was received to CIC on 10th November 2011 but I haven't received any AOR and  my draft/pay order is still not encahed.
When will I receive 1st reply and my draft will be encahed?

Oh, your noc cap has been reached already. This means that if you don't receive a reply soon you may need to reapply in 2012. In this case you will get your application back unprocessed.

Wow, geat mail services! 1 day delivery!! It took them 13 days to deliver mine from northern europe.
Mine from US.
It takes one day for FEDEX.

They used general postal service.
Didn't use return envelope i provided
in application package.

Your NOC has been cap on 1st week of September although cio announced on 23rd Nov but CIO is 2 months behind..
You will get back your application soon.

Hi Friendz... I got my PER email on 20 Jan. And my app would be sent for futher processing at visa office.... I wish same gud luck to all my friends who are waiting....

Any one help me know, how much time it would take to get second stage confirmation after this PER email....

Hello,

I am new to this post. I, along with my spouse, have applied for Canada Immigration under NOC2151 (Processing office - Buffalo). I have not received any communication from the CIC, yet and the amount is not deducted from my credit card. How much time do you guys think it will take before I hear from them? I sent my application on November 23, 2011.
