My application returned back due to a missing form required to fill by the spouse as well.
I got it back on jan 17 . Filled the missing form and sent it on jan 18 along with old application packet and
Received by CIC today (jan 19 2012).
I am three month behind for everything now.

Hope I will catch the cap.

What did you missed to fill-up? The Additional Family Info (IMM5406E) for your spouse?

Dear friends
I want to tell u that I was checking today with my bank about the encashment of my BD and he told me that it's still pending,
Then I lost hope that I was in the cap,and then I received this lovely e- mail and I was surprised to know that my BD was encashed on the 10 th of Jan ,
So, I want to tell the others who lost hope because of this just like me,
That what's meant to be is meant to be, in god's will
Be optimistic, looks that 2012 has a lot to offer for us
Just keep your hopes and prayers

Thank you all for the support and hope you give to each one in this honorable forum

And good luck for the rest of us.

Even I confirmed with my bank and was told my DD not yet cashed... And I have no email yet.. My app reached on 8 nov.. Am worried...

My hearty congratulations to all dear friends who are per.. Lol

That was an unfortunate blunder. Sad But on the positive side, the return of your application package was quite fast (just almost 2 weeks only). Hope you will be successful this time. Cheesy

Koel,
I think you should receive an e-mail in 2-3 or 4 weeks depending in your noc. Your bank draft is about to be encashed if still isn't. At the moment first and second week of november applicants receive their PER/NERs.
