super bilis sa step 1 ang processing!!!...pero sa step 2 mabagal pa yata sa turtle!...hehehe!..pano wala ng payments!.....but, am sure they are doing the right thing to make all things right para sa mga visa natin!...

Good morning sam kaya eh matagal, buti pa yung iba napakabilis nakakainggit. Sana naman wag ng umabot till next year  . Another day na naman of wating today sana may pagbabago.

morning!!! ganun tlga cguro..depende nalang sa mode ng mga VO..pero cguro d naman nila pinapalagpas lahat ng applicant sa due date ng mga medical nila tapos saka nila na re-release ang mga visa.. let's wait nalang again for another day to come!...

Hello ang init sa labas kauuwi ko lang from School hay naku stress na sa School stress pa rin dito sa Application natin .

Bakit ako expired na medical ko nung May 26 ala pa ring visa , saka curious nga ako kung pasok ako dun sa bagong rules ng inextend ang medical expiration instead of 12months ginawang 15months pasok kaya ako dun?

possible, mga nxt week or 1st week of July baka tapos na yang syo..kc dba June 5 start nag in-process ang sa ecas mo?..yon ang pagkaalam ko na dpat on or b4 mag expire ang medical ma release na ang visa ng applicant.. saan mo nabasa na extended na pala ang 12 months validity ng medical to 15 months? sayo ko lang nalaman..buti na nga lang din at ang 9 Months nila na normal processing ay gnawa nalang nila na 8 Months..tsaka napansin mo ba na mga remaining 2011 applicants lang ang nagkaroon ng current mailing address sa ecas?..atleas, for now may extra activities ka while waiting for ur visa...tapos pagdating ng visa mo e drop mo lahat ang subjects mo...hehehe...

i see..they will issue a new medical certificate & still valid for 12 mos., thus, it only applies to cases where a final decision of an officer is pending only due to the expiration of a medical cert. or when the validity of the med. is about to expire & the applicant is unable to land b4 it expires. And this process is only limited to applicants who had a routine immigration med. exam done by a panel physician within the last 15 mos. in or outside canada...so, pag pasok tayo d2, no need for us to take again medical exam...only the officers can request that an applicant's medical file be reassessed by a Medical Officer (MOF) or a Health Branch (HB) delegated staff for the issuance of a new medical certificate.

hi.. good day! bago lng ako dito sa forum. gusto ko sanang itanung ung mga docs and proof na dapat nameng isubmit.. haays. sobrang nakaka stress. pero sana makapag submit na din kame pagdating ng pr card nya. sa quebec din ang aapplyan ko. ung hubby ko ang sponsor. kakakasal lang namen last april.. at dahil baguhan ako hindi ko alam kung ano2 ung mga dapat kung gawin. and ung pr card nya ay under renewal pa. at lalo pa atang tumagal ang processing.. so sana matulungan nyo ako sa mga dapat kung gawin. thank you so much..

hi there!... :)ask ko lang f saan u currently now living...sa pinas ba?...kc there are some specific instructions that sponsored relatives must follow vary according to their place of residence. f u are a pure pinoy, nothing to worry about your Visa Office of choice later kc the CIC automatically check your nationality.
Pls. visit this site for more info and download the forms that applies to u..http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#immigrate  --ask ur hubby to have a xerox of his old PR card & the current docs showing of his renewal is underway. Ask him to xerox also all his PR docs (passport all pages, receipts, chat logs, billings & others docs of his residency in that particular city where he lives.Make  have a duplicate copy as possible. In your part, you need to give him a copy of your MC(Marriage Contract) coming from the Civil Registrar Office where your wedding has been solemnized(stamped). You can get your NSO copy after 6 mos. So, you can use that docs temporarily from the civil registrar for your 1st step of application. Submit wedding pictures as many as you can and other photos showing of your genuine relationship. Xerox also of your passport(all  pages--use the latest e-passport), xerox of your BC, valid ID's, NBI, Diploma's(f more than 1), Certficates and valid id's. Ask your hubby to make also a personal letter showing your genuine relationship(in detailed as possible). Filled up  the 2012 forms(new one) and do not use the 2011 forms because it will not apply to you. Your application will be returned. Good luck to your 1st step of application!...hope it helps!....

Thanks sammara.. thats very helpful..Civil lang ang wedding namen. nagtitipid.. dahil sasabak sa madameng gastos ngayon.haays. nabasa ko kase na my mga bagong law na silang pinapatupad about sa anti fraud..i'm afraid na baka matamaan kame nun. well sana hindi. and yes, dito ako sa pinas nakatira.
