Nova Scotia contract
«
on:

When we signed our contract with our live in caregiver as part of the application process it stated 40 hours per week.
Does she now have to work 40 hours per week or can it be more and/or can it be less per week?
Thank you

minimum is full time 40 hour or you can work more than forty hour if you are fulltime tem forign worker then you have to work minimum full time hour equivalent to 40 hour so can't reduce hours but you can increase.you got your visa as full time worker its a condition otherwise you can lose your work permit don't try to reduce your hour.
