nova scotia C 50 address..

hi everyone,
i wanted to ask if someone knows the complete address of nova scotia C 50 .... actually i have to send them a request regarding change of NOC ... i previously sent my request to chc islamabad, in september 09, but later i came to know that the application was transfered to nova scotia in march so i think i shud send another copy to them as well....
