I guess there are variety of documents, some with a single page (e.g. a degree certificate) & some with multi pages (e.g. a job contract document).

CIC has given clear instruction on how to notarise any document but I am unclear about notarizing a multi-page document.

I need to know that while notarizing a document with multi-pages, is it required to notarize its every page or just the 1st page,
and mentioning all details over it as asked by CIC?

Thanks in advance

I think Notarized is needed for multiple pages. Also, it's better if you can manage the seal "I certified that it is the true copy of original".

Advisable to notarized every page.

Notarize each and every page. It will not cost you much. First tell the person that how many pages you want to notarize and then bargain with him at rate.

Thanks for the reply.

I hope "I certified that it is the true copy of original" can also be mentioned in written by notary public in case the seal is unavailable.

thanks

May or may not be... so here what I did for my case:

- I scanned all the documents that needed to be notarized (Scanning & printing - Free in my office).
- Created a word document for each document (includes in footer// name of the document and the page no.)
- And pasted the scanned picture to it & took the print out of it.
- Went for the notarization...
