Hey everyone, I hope you all are doing well! I mailed my application for a CSQ to the Ministere in October, but I am now registered for more classes at university in the Spring, and will be doing a 13-month teaching certificate program from May 2011 - June 2012. They have not yet opened my file (no credit card charges) but they do say they want to be notified immediately of any changes. What's the best way to make sure they get the correct information? My first guess would be to include a cover letter with my file number (once I get one) with the new supporting documents. Suggestions?
