i want to sponcer mye wife from pakistan, i just received notice of assessment... i donot have C Print Option, can i use copy of notice of assessment wiht my application.. will it work

You have to request Option C -- it isn't automatically sent to you.

No, just a copy of your tax assessment will not be sufficient. Option C gives them additional information about social assistance or bankruptcy which would not be on your assessment.
