We are applying outland for my wifes pr while I live in china with here, Does anyone know do we need to get everything notorized or is just translation ok. for example letters from her friends family, train tickets, phone bills

Hi wolanila,
You don't need to notarize all such papers. Mostly marriage certificate, birth certificate etc are to be notarized. Still you have to check what are the requirements on your regional guide in this matter.
