Notary issue - New Delhi .... Plz advise

I got some documents attested from the notary in India. Notary used following stamps it said
For translate documents
Certified that this is an accurate translation in English of original documents in XYZ.
Notary name stamp and notary sign on notarial stamps of 15/- rupees
Date stamp
Valid for foreign country outside India and Embassies stamp in red color

For photocopy attested documents
Attested Photostat True Copy
Notary name stamp and notary sign
Date stamp
Valid for foreign country outside India and Embassies in red color

Please advise is it sufficient or something is missing. The notary did not have any stamp which said
Certified this is the true photocopy of the original document
Nor any affidavit for translation
Any one had any issue with Notarisation with Delhi office please share your experience.

It is all right, Visa office in ND by this time is knowing the actual practise in India. We all sent the documents like that and are through.

Notary stamps vary throuhout the world,  CHC knows this.  As long as it is legally notarized by an authentic notary it is fine.

actually notaries in India/world do not follow a standard practice.... so the confusion and cic adds to it by making bizzare demands like an affidavit from the translator... which no one does..or like a stamp that certified it is true photocopy of the original document etc. But notary in India use stamp like attested photostat true copy although it means same

why do not you buy and give this stamp to Notary as a gift and get your work done

It shpuld not cost you more then INR 100 and it is 100% legal way for you.

Just a stamp with a word 'NOTARY' and date on which the document was notorised along with signature is also fine.
Because the person who does the notary is registered practitioner.
Am i right or you would like to put me rightly.
