Hello There,

I am looking to send the documents to CHC New Delhi. Instructions say that only the contract need to be Notarized and original upto date correspondence documents need to be sent.

Would we not require these upto date correspondence letters later . Can we notarize all experience letters and send?

Hi,

You need to send original experience letters not notarized.

Cheers

If your experience letters aren't in English you probably need to translate them and notarize, but if they do, I don't see a point of spending money on notarizing them.

If you can get the reference letter in company letter head, no need to notarize, otherwise it is good to get letters notarized to avoid further delays later

Hello,

Is reference letter same as experience letter?

If not, do we need to send REFERENCE LETTERS as must?

Thanks

IF it contains the information needed by VO (duties, salary etc.) then you can call it Inquiry as well. It doesn't matter what you call it, IT DOES what is written there.

Just FYI ....
I never notarised the reference letters that i got from my employees... you just have to sent the original updated reference letter to them
You can notarise stuff like marksheets, graduation certiticates..

If reference letter is not in English instruction states it should be translated and notarized.

If it is in English you are OK without notarizing it.
