Notarizing English-language Documents

Greetings,

Well, we've compiled all of our documents, and we're ready to mail them on Monday (wish us luck!). One last thing:

Do English-language photocopies still need to be notarized? I've read the instructions, and they seem to indicate that documents in languages other than English or French need notarized translations, but they don't say anything about notarizing English-language photocopies.  Other posts in this forum seem to indicate this is necessary though, so I'm worried. I can still get everything notarized on Monday in Halifax, but I thought I'd you folks as well.
