notarized transcript to Buffalo ,NY

Hello All,

I am in process of sending my full documents  under FSW to Buffalo. My university transcript is from  my home country Nepal and I have not  got any response for my request to get university sealed transcript so  I am  thinking of sending a notarized copy of transcript. 

I wanted to know how strict they are about this policy? Has anybody has experience sending notarized transcript to Buffalo?

Any response / suggestion is highly appreciated.

I sent a notarized transcript from home country and it is fine.
