notarized passport copy or not when sending the full package to Buffalo

Hi Sr. Members,

I read some comments on this topic, but still not sure whether notarized passport bio page is needed when submitting the full package to Buffalo.

Please help!

Though it might be needed to send notarized passport copies but i have sent more than 10 applications to buffalo without passport copy attestation and all went well.
