Hi,

Please check this link it says

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG73.asp

Certified copies or notarized documents

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

    * “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”
    * the name of the original document
    * the date of the certification
    * his or her name
    * his or her official position or title
    * his or her signature

I have my all education documents from India but I live in Muscat.
How i m going to do this any advice in India generally they notarized
documents dont do all other stuff.

Regards

Did not get ur question properly.
What r u trying to say ?
If you are asking about these things....
    * “I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”
    * the name of the original document
    * the date of the certification
    * his or her name
    * his or her official position or title
    * his or her signature
Then when a notary is done these things are automatically added in the document.
Is this what u wanted ??

These are the list of things when you notary and document.

* Notary Some Red Color Stamp
* Notary 5/- Rs 4 Stamp
* True Copy Single Stamp
* The date of the certification
* His or Her name
* His or her official position or title
* His or her signature
So not worry.....In India when we do a notary all these things come.
