Dear Friends,

I want to include emails to support my Work experience.
Is it possible to just include the email or do I have to Notarise the Email?

You don't need to notarise such additional documents like emails, you submit to CIC.

Actually, in the legal world there is something called Notarized (Certified) email which basically authenticates the validity of the email. See the link below:

As for CIC, I was worried that I may need to notarize all such emails, as the CIC website explicitly mentions to "Notarise all photocopy of any document" . I was not sure if "Email" would fall in that category.

Only translations of reference letters could/should be notarized.
The rest of the supporting materials supplied as is (in my case some were in Russian, some in English and some in Chinese):
program code
pictures of prototypes and finished projects
catalogs and leaflets
web-site screen shots
software screen shots

I don't think that "service" is of ANY use. Ask any notary.
Email is something that is far from being regulated. Otherwise you would not receive any spam Smiley and you would be able to pay with your email Smiley

The process of Notarizing a document is to certify that it is a true copy of the original document.
How can a Notary Public notarize an e-mail by looking at what for authenticating the copy? He/she possibly cannot look inside your e-mail Inbox to certify that....
Visa Officer do not look at e-mails with the intent of verifying the original, so a simple print taken from your Inbox is good enough!
