Hello everyone,

Our full set of documents for received by CIC on May 21 (Well before the 120 days deadline).
Till today, i have not heard anything from CIC.

Should i wait for more time or should i contact CIC? Ideally when i should hear from CIC? Please suggest.

Thank You

I understand from your post that your documents had been received by your Visa Office on May 21, 2010. You had told about the visa office but it takes between 2-6 months for medicals or requirement of further documents. Some visa offices are fast and some are very slow. So wait patently. If you post your visa office name here then members can tell you about its time line.

try checking your status online with the first file number issued from cio nova scotia, if you see received by vo it means the second aor is issued and they have created a new file.
