Not sure if my position title satisfies NOC 38 list

My title is Release Manager but I am not sure if it satisfies NOC 38 list. Anyone please let me know if I am eligible to apply or if you have applied with the same title.

are you a release manager in IT sector? what are you main job responsibilities? you need to see if your job responsibilities match with one of the occupations in the list of 38.
