Hi
Due to certain reason, i am not sending the copy of spouse passport and wedding photographs
to the CIO With the documents package. Will it lead to my application rejection or they will ask for it for the local Embassy Interview. Kindly comment.

Does you document check list pertaining to your Visa Office contain any such thing as : 1. Copies of Passport/s for all family members? 2. Wedding photographs If answer to any of the above is yes, then you do need to send them. Interview at VO comes much later, it is quite possible that CIO, Sydney might just reject your application at the first stage due to incompleteness. Suggest to send everything as per CIO & VO Checklists. Don't take a chance. Else put a deceleration citing reasons for not enclosing any particular document & affirming that you will submit the same at a later stage (this may or may not work !) |

Boss if you write in CAPS, that amounts to shouting. Don't expect people to respond to your query in this manner. Initial assessment at CIO is done after completeness check. So if you fail that, their is no Qualitative analysis to depend upon. Pls. read the OP-6 Manual & judge for yourself. Good talk guys, but I wonder why Boss does not want CIO to take a look at his wedding photos. I agree ... if there's a problem, he should share. If it's too personal, then he should say so. Wanting help with half info and shouting isn't gonna get anyone far! |
