after 8 years working in saudi arabia as pharmacist i leave saudia with exit and rentry visa but after that i come to egypt and married and not returened back again is this affect my case if my wife(which not go to saudia at all) apply for federal skilled worker and me become spouse. is my sponsor in saudia may take actions against me perhapes affect may case investigations by cic?

No. She can only report you to ministry of labour as runaway worker which then will cancel your residence, labour contract and waive your end of service. Unless you are responsible of any financial issues, fraud or misconduct which might result in business loss. The bottom line: if she filed a complain on criminal grounds to police or local authorities, then you are in trouble. |

The re-entry visa has a deadline. If u have crossed that date just chill out , take a deep breath & relax.

Well, i just remember one of the member asking for a solution related to this similar case. He was working in Dubai, and later abscond from his company by not returning back from his vacation. His employer filed an absconding case against him in labor office due to which DUBAI POLICE denied PCC to him. Cheers.. |

by anyway for saudia they not allow to issue pcc if u not present in saudia at the time u ask for pcc so if the sponsor only affectin this no proplem but this will affect me if cic make investigations in saudia

Unless you submit PCC, CIC can't investigate directly. There has to a governmental paper issued by Saudi authorities. |
