After entering all your details fro registeration, In the next page...you will find a field called as Coupon deal, There you need to enter the code as cric7deal.
Then it will re calculate the amt to $ 19.99, wherein otherwise it is $24.99

I paid thru the Master card...you will have the option for that....and as you say...Paypal is not working.....try little bit later..may be there is huge traffic..
