Not get any response from visa office?????

Dear Friends

I have sent my full application packet to visa office, its almost 2 weeks but still not get any response from there.
I heard that after receiving the documents they will send the notice that your document is received.

What is the normal procedure??? or Shall i get direct medical call after some time later??

Be patient. It might take up to six weeks before you get any response from them.

They usually respond within 2-3 weeks (sometimes more in some cases, depending on your visa post). You will get an acknowledgement of receipt of documents. Once that is there, you just have to wait for further instructions from CIC. It is a lengthy process (could last anywhere from 6 months to a few years, again depending on the visa post) so take it one step at a time.
