Pls help! my friend wanted to apply for MPNP under family support. She has only 50,000.00 in her account
but then she has a property which is house & lot and it's market value is almost 1million peso. Is she qualified to
apply? since it is stated that you must have CDN10,000.00 as fund. But she has an asset which is more than the required fund.
pls need ur answers.... thanks
