Normal Local Canadian Embassy when asking for additional papers

Dear members,

After how many days or months normally Canadian local Offices asking for additional papers.

I 'm asking only because its around 2 in half months nothing heard from CIC local Office Islamabad.

If you guys having experiences please share your experiences;

Do you think if somebody wait more 2 months its chance of asking for Passport or what. please share your experiences.

from my experience, either when they open ur documents or about the first review of ur file which is usually 2-3 months. However, I saw a post before where they asked for documents after like 7 months. So it really depends.

If you don't mind i think you really don't know well . its spousal case not parents right.
