Normal and Fast track process

Hello to all!

Is there any difference between normal and fast track Canadian immigration process for skilled workers??

If yes then can I apply through normal process (IT Manager) if yes then what is the procedure?

There is no fast track immigration program.

As an IT worker, I doubt your skills are on the 26 listed for the FSW route. Check CIC website for the list of NOC skills now required in Canada.
