actually i already applied without ilets
everyone so far has told me we dont stand a chance and they ll rturn our file so we thot to go for consultanat coz last time we filled allthe forms and got it done
u guys advise me plz what to do next
tcs ppl told us our file was reached to canada on 9 feb 2010 but we havent got a notification yet

Well if you already have applied without IELTS no one can do anything now, The consultants are not going to do any thing, they will just console you and will show you the bright future, but what will happen behind the scene they well know that.
If you consider reapplying under FSW 1/2 the only helpful, 100 % relevant and free source is;
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
Just give a couple of days to this website and you yourself will become a consultant.
Hope it helps

I also have applied through Noranex and I have to pay 3200 US dollars as a single applicant. I have applied in 2007 and now I am thinking to shift to fast track. The reason of hiring a consultant is that I dont want to take any risk. The whole procedure apparently looks very smooth but practically I found it difficult thats why I hired them.

Consultants are not risk free. They cannot pay that level of attention to you case as you can yourself.
C$ 3200 or C$ 5000 is a risk in itself if you are paying to consultants.
Why you are going to Canada to earn good money and spending big money to earn good money is not a wise decision.
Thanks
