once I get PR, I was thinking of sponsoring my parents to eventually join me in Canada. however, I have a non-accompanying aunt and an uncle with criminal histories (both of whom will never be coming); will this hinder my parents' chances at acceptance, even though their own records are totally spotless? thank you for any input!

Has no effect as they aren't being sponsored, your parents are.
