Hi Everyone

I have applied for PR and have not included my wife and children in the application. Do I have to sign the Statutory Declaration that I will be proceeding to Canada without family members................ ? during the full application stage

If Yes, then can someone send the format for the same and inform if that has to be on Legal affidavit. Also will it be a problem on adding the family members later on.

Thanks

i guess u have to include them. CIC can ask u to deposit fee for them also later on as general understanding is that ur family will follow u.

If you wouldn't include them in your initial application then you wouldn't be able in future to bring them to canada by any mean, so think all the issues.
