Hello iam a caregiver here in canada, can i purchased a house?

Yes, but as a live-in-caregiver, you must live with your employer.  You can not live in your house until you get your OWP and quit your live-in-caregiver job.

Because you do not have your PR yet, you will probably also have to pay a 25% down payment.  You can talk to a mortgage broker about if they will give you a mortgage and how much.

Google mortgage broker + the name of the city you live in.  You can also ask your bank but if your bank refuses, it is possible that a mortgage broker can find you something anyway.

Yes, you have to tell them your situation and they may ask you for some documents to prove for example your salary or your husbands etc.
