non canadian travel document process

hi everyone my name is Ryan im a refugee protected person origin from west Africa and my case has been accepted. how ever i apply for a travel document because i want to go to holiday outside of Canada (2weeks USA and 2weeks ITALY). im kind of in hurry because i want to meet a girl that i have met in online dating and so on. please help me. i sent the application in the beginning of July  and they told me is in process last time i called 15-08-11

please can somebody give me more detail how long it usually takes?

is italy Visa free if im a convention refugee with the non Canadian travel document passport?

1.  Passport Canada doesn't post processing times for Travel Documents, they just say several months.
2.  You will need a visa for the US and for Italy and probably any other country you are traveling through if you don't get a Schengen visa.

Hi Ryan,
Mine took more than 2 months but I signed the label wrong so they sent me new one..Only thing I can say call and ask them..That's what I did!
