Hi please help me immediately

i am about to submit my application for me and my wife. i included my son who is just born 2 months ago as non accompanying family member. the reason is, he is a US citizen by birth and has not recieved his passport yet.
But i found something in application guide which says that i should give proof that i fulfilled any obligation in custody agreement

what does it mean

what should i do

Thanks

Non-accompanying - meaning not going with you to Canada. Are you planing to leave your son with someone else somewhere else? Probably no.

Your son being US citizen and not having passport DOES NOT affects your application. He is not a Canadian citizen (in that case he does not need to apply for permanent residency).

They have to include him in the application, if they want him in Canada.

You have to include your son if you want him to go to school in Canada. I was told my kids would have to leave every 3-6months if not included.

i can include him but since i dont have his passport (he is only 2 months old), i am worried that they may reject my application saying that i should submit  his passport details with the application package.

Babies can get passports too man. I've got 2 of them. All u need is both parents being there when applying, birth certificates and if the other parent is not available, have a letter of consent notarized. OK
U can do this at any post office in the US.

Where do you see that you must submit his passport?
Just copy of his birth certificate and picture.

Send any document you have for the child and once the passport is out then send it to visa office.

Hope it helps.
