I am bit confused about one of the question. If i am nominated, which visa office i should be applying at? although i lived in Canada for 2 years now.

If you were admitted to Canada for 1 year, you can apply either at your country of normal residence or Buffalo.

i am one more question.. how can i extend my Visa... i am not a student anymore however i am now at post graduation work permit.. so in which catagory i fall under when i apply for TRV.. student? business or work?

Unless you have an LMO, you cannot apply for an extension of the work permit.  You can only apply as a visitor or if you have been accepted into a school you could apply for a new study permit.  If you have received a PNP nomination you can apply for a work permit depending on the province.
