Dear Friends,

The following NOC's are not included on the MAGIC TOOL as published on the CIC website (Date Modified: 2011-04-01)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/app/ctcvac/english/index?utm_source=short-url&utm_medium=short-url&utm_campaign=come-to-canada

0631 Restaurant and Food Service Managers
1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management
3113 Dentists
3131 Pharmacists
3152 Registered Nurses

But the weblink (as below) for "Eligibility criteria for federal skilled worker applications" as published on the CIC website does have the above NOCs included.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp(Date Modified: 2011-06-29).

Please note the date of MODIFICATION at the end of the page that indicates that the MAGIC TOOL link is not recent.

However, IMO, it is unprofessional to publish such tools for general public who are not very conversant with the rules and regulations. Obviously, the above mentioned NOCs will find themselves "NOT ELIGIBLE" if they try out the MAGIC TOOL. The difference in the dates of modification is approx 3 months.....I sincerely hope that it is an OVERSIGHT on the part of CIC which will be rectified soon.

Hello

For DENTISTS, which place is a good option.
A place where they usually give credit to your education from your home country.
A place where registration is easy for DENTISTS.
A province which is in need of DENTISTS.

Here is your answer:

1. FYI,Usually, credit to home country education takes a back seat in Canada. You have to qualify the Canadian standards.

2. Once you get Canadian qualifications, registration is just walk in the park.

3. All provinces have the species called Humans and thus Dentists will find job in any province.
