NOC1122--- future of this noc 1122

hello seniors
I planned to apply through REPRESENTATIVE, and paid initial consultation fee on the 27th of june they told me that i have to send froms to canada and then we we have 10-12 weak to gather documents but i was utterly surprised that it was wrong.I am left with no choice as i donnot have IELTS results by now. It seems i have to apply by next july. As this NOC1122 fills up cap very quickly.What u seniors suugestd should i apply this year will there b enough time?? as latest date in uk for IELTS GT is 13 augst...
I f i wait for next year "" WILL NOC1122 WILL BE STILL IN THOSE OCCUPATIONS OR NOT"" AS I WAS A MARKETING AND ADVERTISING MANAGER IN ONE OF TEXTILE UNIT IN PAKISTAN.
ONLY CONCERN IS IS THIS NOC1122 IS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO SURVIVE UP TO NEXT YEAR..

As I understand and I have experience with these consultants 95% of them are totally fraud you dont need any lawyer/consultant CIC guide is more than enough to file the application you just have to be very carefull while filling the forms and gathering the docs. you live in pak or uk? I suggest you register for IELTS even if CAP is reached by the time you will get the results. you can use this next year as well as it is valid for two years so just try your luck and register for IELTS.

I am in uk. If cap is reached and I still apply will they keep my app. For next year or they return and I'd they return will they charge the FEE or not?

If the cap is filled, your application will be returned with your processing fee.

You dnt need to hire any consultant,every thing is very clear and still if there is any confusion this this forum is the best place of info,this NOC is rapidly moving towrds cap but dnt be worried abt it,you could be appear for ielts and than result you will be able to find out wt is the exact situation,if cap will reached at their maximum level this application is helpful for next time,so dnt be worried abt it

Immediately give IELTS and keep an eye on the CAP. No one can tell you when the CAP is going to be Up.
Anyways when you have gathered everything and IELTS results etc, then you feel its within your time frame apply, otherwise wait for next year.

NO one can 100% be sure what changes (if any) next year will bring.
