Hi,
My file was transferred from Buffalo to Seattle in the first week of May too and the status just changed a couple of days ago to "In Process". Hoping to receive further communication soon.

Hey Guys

Just to let u know that Seattle office doesn't utilize online system. So don't expect any change in your e cas. Seattle office is even slow in replying to case specific enquiries. My file has been transferred to Seattle in march 2009. On september 8, I recieved an email from them asking some updated forms and documents. I hope that the processing on my file should be faster now. I am not sure though...

My case is very similar to yours. The reason why they are asking updated forms is that all forms have been changed. The only document I did not provide was the English test result when I applied because I was already a phd student at a canadian university. In the letter I got, it said that I had an opportunity now to take the test as well while completing all the new forms and documents again. I just gave up as I applied pr again under family class after marriage. My husband and I waited for 2,5 years for skilled worker application and all they did is to ask to kinda reapply again.

Good luck to you all!!
