My cuison applied for permanent residency in Canada through Hong Kong in 1999 with family. He and his family members appeared in Medical August 2005. Afterward, he received the fax from Hong Kong embassy, it was an invitation to come to Hong Kong for getting their visas. i just want to know that, he is a government employee and it is mentioned his passport so at the time of entry in hong kong immigration officer at Hong Kong airport may ask for NOC (No Objection Certificate) for leaving the home country?

Prompt action in this regards will be highly appreciated.

Regards
