NOC QUESTION PLEASE HELP

We are applied under noc 7312 and after I sent full application I saw on the noc that 7216  contractors and supervisors ,mechanic trade also matching with my job but I only put down the 7312.

Should I send an email to London office to put down the other noc as well or is it to late for that?
What should I do?
Please advise me!!!

Look, as long as your application was not put for processing, you can introduce whatever changes you want. However, if you change the NOC, this might create concerns for the VO on why could this happen. My personal opinion is that unless you provide concrete justification, there is no need to do this change. You better know your situation.
