When your NOC is on the list with 5 years experience, and at the same time you have been residing legally in Canada for 4 years as an
international student, under which classification the IO processes your application?
They will check whether you fall under any one of the the ministrial instructions (the three categories).
The procedure depends on the documents and information which you submit with your initial application specifically in their
(document checklist).

Literally, additional documents (
to be submitted only by applicants in category 2), so if you check box number 8, they will know that you have chosen category 2.
