in the form they asked give preference for your jobs on which they will assess our application ...

what should i write in NOC column for my second experience that is teaching in college........because if i will leave blank then they may send back my application......

any idea about experience point ...i mean will they give me point for my first experience or they will give me point for total year of experience

Hi Kinjal:
Go by the JOB DUTIES that are closest to those you performed.  Whether it was in a Pharmacy College or University or High School....shouldn't matter.  Have I answered the question you asked or did I miss something?

As per my understanding it should fall under 4121 University Professors

And YES, you will get points for total years of experience...
we should have one qualifying NOC... ie. experience in one of the 29 NOCs(you have it as pharmacist:3131), in the last 10 yrs to be "eligible" for the FSW. Rest whatever NOCs we worked in - gets us the points, for 'total' experience.

Don't forget that your job description has to be for one of the NOC 29 positions....so do you, or have you performed the job duties of PHARMACIST in the past 10 years, or did you go directly to teaching?  Maybe a silly question, but thought I'd better ask.

Yes Smiley However it should also be noted that total experience to count towards the work experience element of the points matrix does have to be in Skill Types 0, A or B. Types C, D or E won't count. Although I am pretty sure University Professor is Type A Smiley

That's right.

Basically put your pharmacy experience as the first thing to be assessed (since this is what will count towards the minimum 1 year's experience), and your other teaching stuff second.

If you don't have at least 1 year's experience in Pharmacy then you won't be eligible.

wayne,
during filling form: schedule 3, question no :12
Kinjal should put only 1 NOC:3131 (pharmacist)....not 4121(university professor) as his 2nd choice as it's not in current 29 NOC list, right?

No, you cant apply under 0611 since it's not under eligible 29 occupation list

dr hasib,
does it mean if only the job pharmacy 3131 falls in the 29 category
u do not need to add anything more that is not in te 29 NOC??!! am i correct?

so if i was 1111 and 3111 and 324 xxx an these are not in NOC of 29

under my NOC number when
i file i only put the 3131 pharmacy ONLY.
