There are 29 NOC in the ministrial list eligible for FSW-1. CIO will accept maximum of 20000 application with a cap of 1000 per NOC for the period of 26th Jun 2010 to 30th Jun2011

The current status of application is as follows
Eligible Occupation
0631 Restaurant and Food Service Managers 146
0811 Primary Production Managers (except Agriculture)  32
1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management 1,000
(Cap reached)**
1233 Insurance Adjusters and Claims Examiners 47
2121 Biologists and Related Scientists 172
2151 Architects 192
3111 Specialist Physicians 143
3112 General Practitioners and Family Physicians 179
3113 Dentists 221
3131 Pharmacists  300
3142 Physiotherapists  61
3152 Registered Nurses  491

3222 Dental Hygienists and Dental Therapists 5
3233 Licensed Practical Nurses  21

As you see 1122 has already reached the cap, so some one who wants to apply under 1122 needs to apply next year around last week of June so that application reaches first week of July and can be considered in next year quota.
