Does a visa officer follow NOC code part of education and experience requirements while processing FSW applications?
Just like noc 0611- marketing manager must have degree/diploma in marketing field with several yrs od experience.
now if somebody does not have marketing degree/diploma but have 5 yrs marketing experience then will the visa officer follow NOC 0611 education requirements on this case?

You might lose points since the degree/diploma are inputs into the education and experience requirement. You qualify on experience but the education is lacking.
The above is my opinion. Maybe PMM might throw more light.
