Did your job duties change with title

The job title is not important if the duties remains same. You can explain your job duties and AINP officer will decide if it belongs to an NOC. I have seen someone here telling AINP that my NOC is this and  AINP rejecting them saying your job duties does not match any of the NOC in the AINP list. Ultimately it is upto the officer to decide which NOC you belongs to.

You can explain your job duties in detail and then tell them that your job duties closely or exactly match this NOC. If the officer thinks it is true you are good.

You have to get a letter from the employer stating your current job duties. If you cannot obtain that letter, then may be you can provide something such as an offer letter or write up something yourself explaining your job dutied. But keep in mind, if you write yourself, then Alberta might contact your employer to validate what you have provided.
