Hi everyone, I have recently sent (a weak ago) a Canadian Visa application under Skilled workers category. But now I realized that I made a mistake when I fill the following form :  •Schedule 3: Economic Classes [IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 3] at Q. 11, which is about work experience.

It asks information for 'NOC' but I wrote 'A' as answer by assuming it asked for NOC skill type as 0,A,B. I think it was asking for NOC code. I should have written '2121' for my professional category 'Biologist'. Actually, I have written my specific occupation name correctly in the next column in the same form under same Q. number (11).

What shall I do now? I have already sent the application.

Whom should I contact in Canada to help me change or correct what I wrote in the form for the request about 'NOC' to the correct NOC code '2121'.

Or is it not a problem?

I appreciate your reply,

Solomon

don't send any additional document until you are requested by CIO or VO , because it is clearly mentioned in the guide or check-list that after submitting the application don't sent any document until requested.
go to this link and read the first page(7th line) of check list

Dear Ahmad,

thanks for your reply. I have read the checklist that you have attached. It talks about addtional (I think to mean 'non requested') document at the time of application. But the NOC code in the form I mentioned earlier is necessary for the application.

I agree that I need to wait their request as you have recommended.

Thanks,

Solomon

stop the package before it reaches the CIO. this is the best way. ask them [courier]to ship it back to u, then re-send the correct one.

Your application should go through the CIO stage wherein, Completeness and Initial eligibility for 67 points is assessed. ( If everything is ok with your file)

At the VO stage, further scrutiny will reveal the ERROR. I am sure/and hope the VO will not reject your file based on this error. I am anticipating a request for the concerned form from VO at a latter stage so that you get a chance to correct your error.

Hope for the BEST for you.

I would like to thank all of you who replied to my request. I think the document may have already reached there. As most of you recommended, I have to wait what they will say at the end.

May God help me to get a positive response from CIO.

Thanks again.
