Medical Done 22 March 12
MR for new Baby dispatched on 10 May
Medical for new baby: Coming 25 days.

Yesterday i received my refusal letter
mentioning that my Job Duties did not match 
i am out from this game

i dont know how to process appeal  against decision
if it is going to take 3500 $ again for 
then i dont think that we should avail this opportunity
Today i am Sad
after two to three days hopefully i will be out of shock
so see you after two to three days

It is really vey sad to know that  ur application has not recvd a possitive nod from ur VO.Agreably, APPLICATIONS UNDER NOC 4131 are being meted out this kind of treatment.Mismatch  of JDS is pedominantly the basic reason for rejections.

Any ways,please do not take this to ur heart.This is not the end of the road for u.May be "HE" has thought of something far better for u nd ,probably,it will be shown upto u at the appropriate time.
Let us wait nd see how nd when it comes ur way.

  Posts of most of the senior members of the forum suggest nd ,more so, if all the prejune 2010 applications are segregated ,NOC 4131 may most likely be bracketed with the largest inventory nd relatively least on the demand list.So,it is subjected to equitable pruning so as not to affect the overall annual target.Mismatch of JDS,seemingly,comes upfront in vo's eyes, while examining the supporting docs of the applicant,other factors notwithstanding.
Well, this is how I,FOR ONE,view it,however frightening it may be.

Can somebody please help me...

I sent an email to the technical section of canadian immigration as I was unable to access my file online.  A month ago, I can access my file using my UCI# and months before that, I can access it using my 1st AOR#.  I was only able to access it using my 2nd AOR for a very short time.  For some of us, it was just a joke receiving 2nd file number.....it was just for formality and was made active for a short time to say that your application reached the designated VO.

Last 3 weeks, my address and status are missing and only my name can be seen on the ECAS.  The reply I got from CICNET (tech section)....... saying that they have communicated my problem with CIC and was informed that my file had been closed since 2010.....However it was re-opened recently???

I applied in May 2010!!!! What does it mean? The time I lodged my application and paid the fees.....my fate has already been decided by CIC and CHC. They have put away my application for more than 2 years and was re-opened recently just so they can reflect that they have started processing and then have reached a decision on my application!!!!!  This is unacceptable!

I am still waiting for the letter CHC sent me on May 15.  I am curious about the content of the letter!

Hello

Finally I received the refusal letter saying that my duties do not match as College and Vocational instructor.

I am planning to file an appeal.

I need your advice about a good lawyer with reasonable legal fees and costs.

Can anybody help me? Please provide as much information as you can. The refusal letter is dated 18 May 2012 and I guess I have only 30 days to file an appeal. Right?

Since January 2011, it said "in process", no date was mentioned.
It is still showing in process but I have received the refusal letter.

Hey guys im prejune too 4131, Got inprocess with received and started review line in April... There was no movement so i sent them a CSI on May 28... Now all of a sudden i cant access my Ecas... Has anyone else experienced the same? Any Ideas?
